Product Owner

Hiire is helping Secil find their first Product Ownerfor the mortars business. They are undergoing a digital transformation process and need your help to develop and implement digital solutions for the first time in this business area!

As a first step we are transforming our main plant to be one of the most efficient in Europe with a 20% reduction in CO2 emissions a 20% increase in energy efficiency and a 30% production of its energy.

Do what you do best:

Define monitor and achieve the results of digitizing the mortars area;

Optimize processes in the production distribution and sales of mortars;

Continuous improvement and optimization of resources and processes;

Analyze and identify operational and logistical problems;

Evaluate existing tools and propose new digital solutions;

Analyze performance metrics including production efficiency and resource

utilization;

Design and implement actions to optimize and increase operational efficiency.

Youll bring with you:

At least 4 years of experience in industrial operations preferably in the building materials sector;

Experience in Digital Product delivery;

Familiarity with industrial systems like SCADA MES and PLCs;

Knowledge of IoT machine learning AI and data analytics;

Motivation to be part of an industrial digital transformation;

Resilience and adaptability;

Active listening and the ability to communicate and influence various Stakeholders;

Autonomy and freedom of action.
