Senior Backend Engineer - Fully Remote

KTI Talent Indicator is a talent discovery software platform with AI that offers: talent mapping evaluation and reskilling services with training to companies.

As a Senior Engineer he/she will provide leadership and oversight in technical design systems architecture and coding for their team and the Engineering team.

Functions

Ensure scalability and maintainability through microservices adoption decoupling of concerns from the data model queuing of jobs application layering and containerbased software distribution:

1. Continue to build out and enhance our CI/CD pipeline for smooth and safeproduction releases via automated testing and verification.
2. Verify and ensure performance and correctness of systems in response time and throughput.
3. Architect systems and refactor existing systems for optimal performance and reuse

Requirements

1. Minimum education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related
   
2. Some specific specialties (masters degree/certification):Coding experience in serverside programming languages (e.g. Python Go Java Ruby) as well as database languages (SQL)
3. Minimum experience: 7 years as backend engineer
4. Valuable: English language
