We are seeking a highly motivated dynamic and experienced Art Producer with expertise in the production of art and design assets. The ideal candidate will collaborate with professional artists and designers to create exceptional art for leading game companies. Tasks

• Deliver projects on time within budget and scope using fullcycle project management
• Define and lead creative and production approach of producing art and design assets
• Manage changes in project scope schedule and budget
• Coordinate internal & external teams and third parties for the flawless execution of a project
• Be the main point of contact for the client during the production phase
• Perform postproject procedures (lessons learned analytics etc.)
• Take full ownership of the projects you lead being the voice of quality and reason for your team

Requirements

• 3 years as a Producer in the field of art production in the gaming and entertainment industry
• Proven experience in budgeting scheduling risk management negotiating and client management
• You are an empathic leader for your team with a detailed focus on quality
• Deep understanding of the technical side of art and design assets production
• Experience in the production fields will be a plus
• Fluent in English spoken and written
• Passion for video games
• Outstanding professional portfolio
