As a Head of Partnerships (m/f/d) you will foster and manage strategic collaborations between ToolTime and external partners. If this sounds like something you would love to do apply now well be happy to see your application!
What youll do
- You will build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders to foster longterm business growth.
- You will lead and motivate a team providing guidance and support to achieve collective objectives.
- You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to identify opportunities and find mutually beneficially agreements.
- You will develop longterm strategies to achieve business goals including market analysis competitive analysis and identifying new business opportunities.
Requirements
At best you bring the following with you
- At least 35 years of experience in Head of Partnerships or a similar role.
- Relationship Building: Strong skills in building and maintaining relationships with partners and stakeholders to foster longterm business growth.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting ideas German and English. Proficiency in German at a native level is required.
- Networking: Skills in networking to build a wide range of industry contacts and leverage those relationships for business development.
- Presentation skills: ability to confidently deliver and convey a message about progress and outcomes in an engaging way.
- Leadership and Team Management: Capability to lead and motivate a team providing guidance and support to achieve collective objectives.
- Sales and Negotiation: Expertise in sales techniques and the ability to negotiate deals effectively ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Strategic Planning: Ability to develop longterm strategies to achieve business goals including market analysis competitive analysis and identifying new business opportunities.
- Market Research and Analysis: Proficiency in researching and analyzing market trends customer needs and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
- Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial principles and ability to develop and manage budgets forecast revenue and analyze business performance.
- ProblemSolving: Strong problemsolving skills to address challenges and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Travel for work: Willingness to travel twice a month for short trips (12 days) in Europe.
