Director of Cybersecurity

Lead and manage the cybersecurity team providing strategic direction and oversight. Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity policies standards and procedures. Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analysis to identify and mitigate threats. Oversee incident response and lead efforts to resolve security breaches. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards (GDPR HIPAA ISO 27001). Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate security best practices. Manage security tools and technologies including firewalls IDS/IPS and encryption solutions. Develop and deliver cybersecurity training and awareness programs. **Qualifications:** Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity Information Technology or related field. 10 years of experience in cybersecurity including leadership roles. Strong knowledge of security frameworks and standards (NIST ISO CIS). Experience with security tools and technologies (SIEM DLP VPN MFA). Proficiency in threat analysis and incident response. Excellent leadership communication and project management skills. Strong understanding of network security application security and data protection. **Preferred Qualifications:** Masters degree in a related field. Certifications such as CISSP CISM CEH or CISA.
