Job Description
We are hiring Purchase Executive for an manufacturing Industry.
Job Location Madurai.
Responsibilities:
- Support in sourcing and acquiring materials required for manufacturing.
Communicate effectively with suppliers negotiating terms and ensuring timely delivery of goods. - Maintain accurate records of purchase orders invoices and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with the admin team to streamline administrative processes related to procurement.
- Monitor and track deliveries to ensure they meet quality standards and delivery timelines.
- Handle routine administrative tasks related to purchase activities.
Requirements
Requirements :
- Graduate female only.
- 1years of experience in procurement purchasing or supply chain management
- Strong negotiation communication and analytical skills
- Proficiency in procurement software ERP systems and MS Office
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail organizational skills and data management abilities
2+ years of experience as an electrician with skills in plumbing, AC & generator maintenance, and wiring. Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues. Ability to work independently and ensure the smooth functioning of electrical systems.
