Responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Providing accurate information and assistance to callers.

  • Following company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a brickandmortar call center environment OR 6 months of experience in a virtual call center setting.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear professional phone manner.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
  • Proficiency in using call center software and technology.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to adapt to different client needs and industries.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to taking calls.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed including evenings and weekends.
