Telesales Executive

Job Summary

A reputable outbound call centre is looking to recruit 30 Telesales Executives.

Responsibilities

• Be able to sell the company s services over the phone
  
• Turn outbound cold calls into successful callbacks
  
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
  
• Identifying new sales opportunities informing regular customers of new services and
  
• meeting sales targets
  
• Follow up on customer interaction and transactions
  
• Collect basic KYC based on the automated customersurvey
  
• Maintaining sales and delivery records. Keep track of customer support metrics like conversion rates customer success etc.
  
• Be able to track your own performance in CRM and keep your ledger in spreadsheets
  
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Candidates must be either University or Diploma graduates
  
• Degree in Sales and Marketing or other related fields
  
• Candidates must have an extroverted personality
  
• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales and marketing Outbound Calls and Customer Service
  
• Applicants must have good command of the English language and must be able to communicate effortlessly.
  
• Excellent customer service skills.
  
• He/she must be tech savvy and be able to work efficiently under pressure.
  
• Candidates must live in and around Tema community 2 or Spintex
