Training Needs Assessment:
- Identify and assess current and future training needs.
- Understand the stakeholders needs and conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Training Needs Identification (TNI).
Training Design and Delivery:
- Conduct training for new hires on the organizations ongoing projects.
- Conduct effective training sessions on soft skills topics using a wide variety of training methods.
- Conduct voice and accent training sessions especially for the Telecalling team.
- Conducting weekly trainings for the teams every Friday.
- Organize Leadership Skill Building Workshops with leaders within the organization every 3 months.
- Organize one training every 20 days with a Subject Matter Expert (SME) simplifying technical jargon for fundraisers.
- Conduct a presentation skills and grooming workshop with upcoming Team Leaders every month.
- Provide training on new pitches (short stories) customized to the needs of all Fundraising teams every 3 months.
- Provide talking points on the latest updates in wildlife and climate change to Fundraising teams monthly.
- Conduct softskill trainings for all fundraising teams monthly.
Monitoring and Feedback:
- Call monitoring and audits for new hires and existing fundraisers.
- Provide feedback to fundraisers in a constructive manner to ensure continuous improvement.
- Conduct a oneday field visit with the F2F team to gauge donor engagement and listen to Telecalling team recordings to create needbased training every fortnight.
- Conduct quizzes and other activities upon completion of training topics.
Coordination and Reporting:
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for all product/process updates and conduct product & process refreshers.
- Analyze training needs outcomes and course delivery metrics to produce reports for senior management.
- Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses the needs and expectations of employees and business.
- Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior.
- Provide a monthly and a quarterly Improvement Report based on product knowledge gained and the ability to communicate gained knowledge to potential donors.
Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in similar role Excellent organizational skills Good verbal & written communication skills
