Senior Project Manager

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.
  
• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide project updates and gather feedback.
  
• Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Participate in online meetings with potential leads to understand their project needs and present solutions.
  
• Work towards closing deals during these meetings coordinating with the separate team handling chat replies and followups.
  
• Facilitate regular meetings with the development team to track project progress and address any issues.
  
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of projects by managing resources schedules and budgets.
  
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team as needed.
  
• Monitor and report on project progress identifying and addressing potential risks and issues.
  
• Maintain accurate and uptodate records of client communications and project developments.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 67 years of experience in project management with a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.
  
• Strong management skills with a deep understanding of project management methodologies and software development processes.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with clients effectively leads and team members.
  
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in IT is highly desirable.
  
• Demonstrated ability to close deals and manage client relationships.
  
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
  

Age Requirement:

• Candidates must be above 40 years of age.
