About Role:

Seeking an experienced Technical Content Writer to produce highquality SEOoptimized content that contributes to the overall success of our marketing initiatives and the consulting services that the company offers. You will join a team of talented tech writers who collaborate with other team members and key stakeholders including developers to produce content that matches industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Work with internal teams to obtain an indepth understanding of the services we offer.
  
• Create grammatically errorfree and SEOfriendly content around Salesforce/ FinancialForce that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for our target audience.
  
• Write easytounderstand and engaging website copy Create emails for specific audiences in our email nurture campaigns so that they look genuine and coming from a real person.
  
• Analyze existing and potential content focusing on reuse and singlesourcing opportunities
  
• Create and maintain the information architecture
  

Requirements:

• Proven work experience (at least 13 years) in technical content writing for B2B SaaS companies offering services/ solutions around Cloud technologies
  
• Ability to deliver highquality SEOoptimized content with great attentiontodetail
  
• Ability to grasp complex technical concepts quickly and make them easily understandable through relevant and authentic pictures
  
• Excellent written skills in English
  
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  
• Basic familiarity with the SDLC and Agile methodology
  
• University degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent preferred
  
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
  
• Ability to translate technical concepts into easytounderstand narratives (or stories) that resonate with the target
