The Client is Australias largest privatelyowned telecommunications company rapidly growing our MSP business. Our head office is conveniently located in Sydneys CBD. We are currently seeking an experienced Level 2 Service Desk Engineer to join our team.
About the Role
As a Level 2 Service Desk Engineer you will support end users and their infrastructure. Your role is to provide remote support to clients. You will be primarily responsible for supporting clients Desktops VoIP Services Network Infrastructure and Mobile Devices. Additionally you will also assist in the configuration & administration of new customer deployments.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
- Experience in a fastpaced MSP environment and supporting diverse client environments.
- Strong problemsolving and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows Desktop administration and support.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 administration.
- Experience with endpoint security software and cloud security practices.
- Basic networking experience.
- Exposure to MSP toolsets like RMM and PSA.
- Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory (desirable).
- Experience with Telecommunications services (desirable)
- Experience with Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager (desirable).
- Experience with macOS (desirable).
- Relevant industry certifications.
To be Successful in This Role You Will Have:
- The ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a highpressure environment.
- Ability to work under SLAs and escalation processes.
- The ability to work autonomously as part of a diverse team.
- Comfortable providing remote support.
- Strong adherence to processes and documentation standards.
