Assistance - Case Agents

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing all case activities related to our 24/7 Travel Assistance business.
• Ownership and accountability of allocated case load to assist travellers timely and proactively for medical and nonmedical case types.
• Prioritisation of case activities using risk management assessments to protect wellbeing whilst delivering a highquality service.
• Work in close liaison with Clinical experts to manage potential risks timely case actions and achieve optimal outcome for travellers.

Requirement(s)

• Minimum 2 years experiences in a similar customer facing role within insurance / assistance industry is preferred.
• Good Communication skills (someone with good curiosity).
• Good understanding level.
