Position Overview:

Our Client is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Director of Technology Services to lead their technology team and oversee the delivery of all technology services. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing technology strategies managing the technology budget and ensuring the delivery of highquality and efficient technology services to clients. This is a seniorlevel position that requires strong leadership skills technical expertise and a deep understanding of the latest technology trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement technology strategies in alignment with the companys overall goals and objectives

Oversee the daytoday operations of the technology department including managing a team of technology professionals

Create and manage the technology budget ensuring costeffective solutions are implemented

Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and develop solutions to improve processes and systems

Stay uptodate with the latest technology trends and advancements and make recommendations for their implementation

Ensure the security and integrity of the companys technology systems and data

Build and maintain relationships with technology vendors and partners

Lead the development and implementation of new technology initiatives and projects

Provide technical expertise and guidance to the technology team and other departments as needed

Monitor and evaluate the performance of technology services and make necessary improvements

Develop and maintain technology policies procedures and standards to ensure compliance and efficiency

Communicate with clients and stakeholders on technologyrelated matters and provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field; Masters degree preferred

Minimum of 10 years of experience in a technology leadership role preferably in a consulting or managed services environment

Strong understanding of technology trends best practices and industry standards

Proven experience in developing and implementing technology strategies

Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team

Strong project management skills and experience managing largescale technology projects

Experience managing a technology budget and implementing costeffective solutions

Knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection principles

Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment

Excellent problemsolving and critical thinking skills

Strong customer service and client management skills

Relevant certifications (e.g. PMP CISSP ITIL) are a plus
