Position: Sales Director

Company Overview:

Our client is a leading provider of innovative and cuttingedge solutions in the technology industry. With a strong presence in the market and a proven track record of success our client is rapidly expanding and seeking a highly motivated Sales Director to join their team in Irvine CA.

Position Overview:

As the Sales Director you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team driving revenue growth and developing and executing strategic sales plans. You will be a key player in developing and maintaining relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets and exceed sales goals

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and increase market share

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their objectives

Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the client base

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry changes and developments

Collaborate with other departments including marketing and product development to ensure alignment and support for sales objectives

Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management

Train and mentor sales team members to improve their performance and achieve sales targets

Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote the companys products and services

Continuously strive to improve sales processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field

Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales with at least 3 years in a leadership role

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders

Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities

Knowledge of the technology industry and market trends

Willingness to travel as needed.
