Bookkeeper - Manufacturing

Leading manufacturer are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper with an accounting tertiary qualification and a minimum of 5 years to work at their corporate office in Mobeni.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Full accounting function up to Trial Balance
2. Daytoday accounting of accounts payable/receivable payroll inventory wip production variances journals etc
3. Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions
4. Reconcile GL accounts
5. Fixed asset register
6. Submission of VAT PAYE UIF SDL returns
7. Liaise with auditors
8. Assist Accountant with adhoc tasks
9. Reports to: Management Accountant

REQUIREMENTS

1. Grade 12
2. Tertiary diploma or degree in Accounting (or similar)
3. 5 years working experience (in manufacturing sector will be an added advantage)
4. Be advanced on Excel
5. Have experience working on an ERP system (SYSPRO an added advantage)

RUMUNERATION

R20000 (total cost to company)
