Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies policies and programs to support the organizations mission vision and objectives.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process including sourcing candidates conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
- Manage employee onboarding orientation and offboarding processes to ensure a positive experience for new and departing employees.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HRrelated matters including performance management disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
- Lead and coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills knowledge and performance.
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations including FMLA ADA FLSA and EEOC requirements.
- Develop and administer employee benefits programs including health insurance retirement plans and wellness initiatives.
- Oversee employee relations activities including employee engagement surveys recognition programs and communication strategies.
- Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure accurate and uptodate employee records.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
- Lead diversity equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to foster a culture of belonging and respect in the workplace.
- Stay informed about HR trends best practices and legal developments to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
To qualify for this role you must meet the following:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field; Masters degree preferred.
- SHRMCP or SHRMSCP certification is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in HR management roles with at least 5 of experience in a leadership position.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions including recruitment employee relations performance management training and development and compliance.
