Senior Power BI Developer : Job Description .
🌍 Where you’ll do it: Chennai (HO)
🏁 An initial screening of the resume leads to a 3-stage interview process lasting at least a week: ➡️ 15-minute HR chat ➡️ 30-minute Technical Round ➡️ 1 -hour final interview with the CEO/CFO to assess a culture fit

What You'll do?
Develop and Maintain BI Solutions:
- Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Create and maintain data models, datasets, and queries.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Gather and analyze business requirements for reporting and analytics.
- Develop insightful visualizations and reports to support decision-making.
SQL Development:
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.
- Optimize and troubleshoot SQL queries for performance.
Python Scripting:
- Utilize Python for data manipulation, automation, and advanced analytics.
- Develop and maintain Python scripts to support BI processes.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with business stakeholders, data analysts, and other team members.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI solutions.
Quality Assurance and Documentation:
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data and reports.
- Document BI processes, data models, and technical specifications.
What You will bring?
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related fields.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying Power BI solutions.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
- Experience with Python for data manipulation and automation.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.
- Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and scripting.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and tools.
- Familiarity with other BI tools and platforms is a plus.
