ROLE TITLE: Senior Bridge Engineer
ROLE TYPE: FullTime
LOCATION: Mechanicsburg PA
SALARY/HOURLY RATE: $125000 to $160000 (Negotiable commensurate with experience)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage projects for PennDOT local governments and agencies in Pennsylvania
• Provide technical support to bridge inspection projects in the MidAtlantic Region
• Manage client relationships with public and private clients consultant teams
• Offer guidance and mentoring to engineers and technical staff
• Manage and coordinate NBIS bridge condition inspection projects

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (MUST)
• Minimum of 812 years relevant work experience
• Minimum of 47 years of management experience
• Licenses required: Professional Engineer (PE)
• Essential Software required: MicroStation

DAY TO DAY

• Oversee bridge inspection and design projects for PennDOT
• Utilize software like PennDOT Software Suite STAAD
• Develop task order proposals project scopes of work and fee estimates
