Position Job Title: Systems Analyst

Position Job Title Description: Specializes in analyzing designing and implementing information systems. Assesses the suitability of information systems in terms of their intended outcomes and liaises with end users software vendors and programmers in order to achieve these outcomes. Uses analysis and design techniques to solve business problems using information technology. Serves as change agent who identifies the organizational improvements needed designs systems to implement those changes and trains and motivates others to use the systems.

Position Skill Level Description: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

List all the Position REQUESTED Qualifications:

84 months of working with Oracle WebLogic Oracle Service bus including installation deployments configuring data sources and patching in a production environment.

84 months or more of configuring managing Linux systems in a production environment

60 months or more of managing configuring infrastructure and application monitoring

36 months or more of working with Chef Puppet and Docker

36 months of application deployment and monitoring using application monitoring tools

60 months or more of configuring and managing continuous integration systems

60 months or more of working with virtualization technologies and cloud services

Are there additional security requirements for the Authorized User: Yes. Authorized user may sign confidentiality forms. May be subject to fingerprinting. Will need State Driver or NonDrivers identification card for issuance of building access. Confidentiality agreements and network access permission may be required in this position.

Will additional training potentially be required during the Engagement: Yes

If YES provide description of anticipated training: Program staff will provide informal user training so that the Candidate can get an understanding of the application from an end user perspective.

Mandatory training requirements will be required of consultants to inform of important policies and procedures that affect daytoday operations and interactions to achieve an overall better workforce and environment.

What type and/or manner of knowledge transfer is requested during the Engagement: The consultant will prepare documentation and conduct formal/informal training sessions in order to effectively transfer knowledge in the areas needed for ongoing support of applications and projects. For example the knowledge transfer may include but is not limited to:

a. Prepare Word documents process diagrams and other documentation and work product to explain system functions etc.

b. Maintain and explain procedural documentation for administrative functions and testing procedures.

c. In some cases stepbystep instructions may be required.

d. Expound on the documentation and expand and revise the documentation as requested to further enhance the documentations usability and clarity.
