Production Management:
Oversee the entire production process of icecream ensuring efficient and timely manufacturing.
Develop and implement production schedules workflows and standard operating procedures.
Monitor production metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
Quality Control:
Ensure that all products meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
Implement and maintain quality control processes and procedures.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure product quality and consistency.
Team Leadership.
Lead and manage a team of production staff including supervisors technicians and operators.
Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Resource Management:
Manage inventory levels and ensure the availability of necessary materials and components.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
Optimize resource utilization to minimize waste and reduce production costs.
