Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities: Lead and manage endtoend recruitment processes for blue collar/ Retail positions across retail outlets. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with retail business objectives. Manage employee engagement initiatives to enhance satisfaction and retention among blue collar workforce. Oversee HR operations in companyowned retail outlets (COCO operations). Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across all retail locations. Partner with operational teams to address staffing needs and optimize workforce planning. Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives. Handle employee relations grievances and disciplinary actions as necessary. Monitor HR metrics and provide reports to management on HRrelated matters. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR management for the retail sector.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in the retail industry.
- Indepth knowledge of blue collar talent acquisition and management.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws in India.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Problemsolving and decisionmaking aptitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- MBA or equivalent qualification in HR or related field preferred.
