Job Description
ROLE OBJECTIVE
The OCI Solution Architect will be responsible for designing implementing and maintaining cloud infrastructure solutions for our clients using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). This individual will act as a technical leader providing guidance and mentorship to team members and working closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into scalable and costeffective OCI solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the design and implementation of OCIbased solutions for clients including infrastructure application architecture and automation
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Act as a technical leader providing guidance and mentorship to team members on OCI best practices and solution design
- Monitor and optimize the performance and costeffectiveness of OCI solutions
- Stay uptodate on the latest OCI technologies and offerings and continually assess their potential value for clients
ROLE SPECIFICATIONS
Qualification
- Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or a related field
Certification
- OCI Certified Solutions Architect Professional certification
Experience
- 5 years of experience in cloud computing with a focus on OCI
- Experience designing and implementing complex cloud infrastructure solutions for clients
- Experience leading technical teams and providing guidance and mentorship to team members
Skills
- Strong understanding of OCI services and how they can be used to build scalable and costeffective solutions
- Experience with automation and configuration management tools such as ansible Puppet or Chef
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easytounderstand terms for clients and team members
- Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
