Job Description
Resource Planning Role: Junior Analyst
Were seeking a Junior Analyst to join our team focused on managing schedules forecasts and user administration across our contact centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage schedules based on forecasts and business needs and ensure compliance with local labor laws
- Prepare forecasts using historical data.
- Handle user administration tasks adding new agents to databases.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (at least B2 level).
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.
- Logical and analytical mindset.
- Currently pursuing or possessing higher education.
Presentation to Candidates: During discussions well outline how analysts manage tasks across specific countries and contact centers focusing on forecasting and scheduling aligned with business needs and regulations
