Job Description
Validator has an Incident Management system to correct the mistakes made by TC in Classification Method of Payment and mistakes in classification made by AVC. This provides facilities to Validator to acknowledge incidents and to correct class discrepancies generated at lane level. Images/video from Incident capture camera and License plate capture camera will help Validator to decide the correct class of the vehicle and other validation actions. This enables Validator to: 1. Resolve class discrepancy incidents 2. Approval of Exempt transactions 3. Validation of Violations & Convoy 4. Validation of return trip transactions 5. Validation of Media based transactions
