Summary
Agencys first point of contact for incoming visitors and incoming calls. Receive mail/packages reserve conference room/register visitors for use. Perform light clerical support tasks.
Responsibilities
- Daily Reception Desk Coverage: Perform various light clerical support tasks and Receptionist Duties directly for the Office of Administration & Finance and indirectly for EOHLC.
- The agencys first point of contact for all incoming visitors is to receive screen and process visitors and notify appropriate staff.
- Responsible for answering the Main EOHLC incoming phone lines; Receiving Screening and directing all incoming calls to the correct Division identifying callers staff person desired and the subject of a call to ensure proper routing.
- Responsible for Receiving handdelivered mail FedEx/UPS packages and various other deliveries.
- Register visitors for upcoming meetings and reserve conference room space using the building managements tenant web portal Building Engines.
Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Office Required
- Excellent communication and sound judgment
