Role Description:

We are currently recruiting an OFCI Program Manager with either Electrical or Mechanical Building Services Engineering experience. In this role you will work with data center clients in Ireland and across Europe to deliver Control Panel projects.

As OFCI Program Manager you will play a key role in our collaboration with the integrators MEP GC and our hyperscale Data Centre clients. You will oversee planning budgeting strategic sourcing supply chamin managment Critical supplier performance and stakeholder managment. It is a remote role with occasional travel required. What you’ll do:

  • Lead and manage the OFCI program ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.

  • Work with technical teams to optimise designs that meet client specifications.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to drive program success.

  • Develop and implement project plans budgets and timelines for OFCI initiatives.

  • Monitor and report on progress risks and issues related to the program.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

  • Provide strategic direction and guidance for the OFCI program.

  • Ensuring Sucessful FAT and SAT completion

What you need:

  • 5 yrs Project Management experience in Construction Mechanical Electrical or closely related field particularly large scale complex automation projects.

  • Data Centre Project experience would be desirable.

  • Influencing skills as well as strong communication skills allowing you to effectively interact with clients contractors management and colleagues.

  • An ability to manage expectations influence change and report/update accurately on progress drawing on you strong planning and organization skills.

  • Develop and maintain good relationships with industry networks and clients.
