As a Frontend Lead Developer you will play a pivotal role in spearheading the development of a new application aimed at enhancing our customers digital driving experience. Fluent German language skills are essential for effective communication with our team and stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to lead and grow a team of talented developers in a modern IT environment utilizing the latest technologies and frameworks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the development of a new application directly connected with luxury cars focusing on frontend functionalities and features.
• Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Architect and implement scalable and maintainable frontend solutions using various frameworks with a particular emphasis on Angular.
• Utilize micro frontends and microservices architecture to ensure modularity and flexibility of the application.
• Leverage Java Spring Boot for backend development ensuring seamless integration with frontend components.
• Deploy and manage application infrastructure on Azure cloud platform using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Implement best practices for version control and collaboration using Gitlab.
• Mentor and guide junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Fluent in German (mandatory).
• Proven experience with various frontend frameworks (especially Angular) as a FrontEnd Developer.
• Team leadership experience.
• Proficiency in micro frontends microservices and Java Spring Boot.
• Experience working with cloud platforms preferably Azure.
• Handson experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
• Familiarity with version control systems particularly Gitlab.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment.
