Job Description

Our client is a worldclass BPO provider looking for a handson HR Manager for their Istanbul site to oversee the main aspects of human resources including compliance compensation employee engagement retention L&D benefits and much more.

Tasks

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the companys goals and objectives
  • Develop and deliver training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Be part of all activities related to the life cycle of the employees (eg. performance management compensation and benefits programs health and safety...) to promote employee growth and retention
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders including HRBPs Finance business leaders to accurately diagnose employee satisfaction issues and provide advice and solutions that maximize business results
  • Maintain indepth knowledge of legal requirements related to daytoday management of employees reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Attend to all payroll matters and queries
  • Improve current initiatives and bring the HR function to the next level
  • You will have 1 direct report

Requirements

  • Native level of Turkish and professional level of English
  • A degree in HR Social Sciences Business Administration or a similar field
  • 5 years of professional experience in HR including the development of HR policies and procedures sourcing and recruitment processes compensation and benefits talent development and employee retention programs
  • Previous experience in the BPO sector is highly valued
  • At least 1 year of experience in managing and leading a team
  • Strong knowledge of Turkish labour laws and regulations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver highquality work in a fastpaced environment
  • Resourceful proactive and an outofthebox thinker to keep driving improvements
  • A great team player with stealer communication and interpersonal skills
  • You can adapt easily and give the best support to the business
  • Proficient in HR technology and systems
