TITLE: HR Lead REPORTS TO: Executive Director DIRECT REPORTS: Executive Director PEERS: Operation Manager Service Enggs & Others SUMMARY OF POSITION The ultimate objective to ensure the successful implementation of the administrative and HR functions in an organization.Be responsible to ensure that all HR needs of the company are aligned with the companys objectives. CAREER PROGRESSION Ability to progress career within the S S Medical System Pvt. Ltd. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Overseeing Talent acquisition and recruitment processes Onboarding new hires. Ensuring HR records are maintained Setting up and managing the performance review process Coordinating training activities Ensuring compliance with organizational policy and procedures. Works with managers employees and appropriate others to respond to all employee relations issues in ways that foster a cohesive and enjoyable workplace. Help build employee engagement including through effective communication plans Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required. Work closely on HRMS and payroll management.
