Job Requirement:

SKILLS: Quality and Manufacturing

Quality:

• Support for the Empower system.
• User AccessAuthorization management for Empower and standalone Instruments of Quality control dept.
• Execution of backup and restoration.
• Contribute and adhere to any documentation required as per regulatory compliances.

To resolve the software and hardware related issues within time.

Support on the Quality Standalone Instrument Systems

SLA/Process adherence

IT Infrastructure Management Server/Network Management and

support.

Responsible for Administrator related activities for NonNetworked and Empower software of Quality Control department e.g. user

creation user deactivation user type modification.

Coordinating With Machine OEM Printer Vendors Network Desktop Servers solution Providers.

Verification of Backups and updating of Logbooks.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

Graduation or 3 years Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent

2 years of experience in IT

Empower UV KF Stability Chambers Quality Standalone instruments and from

Pharma background.

Knowledge of IT infrastructure.

Technically sound

Should be able to understand the customer needs.

Manufacturing

• Monitor security compliance in accordance with Glenmark standards policies and procedures.
• Preparing monitoring and adherence of SOPs on regular basis.
• User AccessAuthorization management for embedded Systems PLCs SCADA HMI systems in plant. Execution of backup and restoration for embedded Systems PLCs SCADA HMI systems in plant.
• Contribute and adhere to any documentation required as per regulatory compliances.
• Support on PLC upgradation project and coordinating along with support implementation of PLCs SCADA HMI and all relevant systems in coordination with respective stake holders
• IT Infrastructure Management Server/Network Management and support.
• Verification of Backups and updating of Logbooks.

Graduation or 3 years Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent

2 years of experience in IT

PLC SCADA DGFT Track & Trace and from Pharma background.

Knowledge of IT infrastructure.

Technically sound

Should be able to understand the customer needs.
