Job Description

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining client relationships and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strong understanding of the software development industry excellent communication skills and a proven track record in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the company s client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored software solutions that meet their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the technical and project management teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations proposals and contracts.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends competitive landscape and potential opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events conferences and networking opportunities.
  • Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and business development activities.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the management team to support strategic decisionmaking.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Information Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales preferably in the software development industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience with international business development and sales.
  • Knowledge of specific industry domains relevant to the company s clients.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.

  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript and Typescript. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap. Experience with REST-based APIs and JSON data. Strong industry experience in architecture and development of scalable production-quality applications. Experience working in an Agile development team. Proven debugging and troubleshooting skills. Designing and developing user interfaces using Angular best practices. Adapting interface for modern internet applications using the latest front-end technologies. Excellent verbal/written communication skills and strong time management and problem-solving capabilities. Experience in Git. Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or any other related field.
