Organizational development specialist

Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, psychology, or related field. Master's degree may be an added advantage.

Analytical skills: Ability to analyze performance data and recognize trends and opportunities to improve the organizational structure.

Strategic Planning: The ability to develop and implement organizational development strategies and plans to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.

Change Management: The ability to lead organizational change processes and manage their impacts on employees and operations.

Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills to interact with employees and senior management and provide reports and presentations.
