Job Description
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
Strong analytical skills to understand and evaluate business and organizational structures.
Ability to develop and implement performance improvement strategies.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage change and develop work culture.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in using computer programs such as Microsoft Office and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
