Job Description: Finance Analyst/Officers

TASQ Staffing Solutions is currently hiring two Finance Analyst/Officers for a manufacturing company located in Makati. The selected candidates will have key responsibilities within the finance department including budgeting financial statement analysis finance analysis and forecasting.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.

Minimum of 23 years of relevant experience in finance preferably in the manufacturing industry.

Solid knowledge and understanding of financial statements budgeting and forecasting.

Proficiency in financial analysis techniques and financial modeling.

Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.

Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial software and systems.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and cost accounting principles is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze financial statements including income statements balance sheets and cash flow statements.

Conduct financial analysis providing insights into financial performance identifying trends and making recommendations for improvement.

Assist in the budgeting process including the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.

Monitor and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather financial information and support decisionmaking processes.

Identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement offering recommendations to management.

Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic planning initiatives.

Assist in the preparation of management reports presentations and other financial documentation.

Stay updated with industry trends regulations and best practices in finance.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
