About the Role:

The Business Analyst will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business objectives and develop analytical solutions that drive datadriven decisionmaking. This role will involve analyzing and evaluating business processes proposing and implementing improvements based on data insights creating reporting requirements overseeing BI report development and presenting reports and dashboards to stakeholders.

Position Summary:

The Business Analyst will be responsible for collaborating with teams to understand business objectives providing recommendations based on data analysis creating reporting requirements overseeing BI report development and presenting analytical findings to stakeholders. This role requires strong skills in Power BI and SQL as well as the ability to propose and implement business process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaboration: Work with crossfunctional teams to understand business objectives and develop analytical solutions.
• Data Analysis: Provide recommendations to optimize processes and enhance business performance through data analysis.
• Business Process Improvement: Analyze and evaluate business processes and propose improvements based on datadriven insights.
• Reporting Requirements: Create reporting requirements for BI developers and oversee the implementation of BI report development.
• Validation and Presentation: Perform validation of BI reports and dashboards and present them to business stakeholders.

Technical & Professional Skills & Knowledge:

• Primary Skills: Proficiency in Power BI and SQL.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data develop insights and propose business process improvements.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data to stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams to achieve business objectives.

Minimum and Preferred Qualifications:

• Skills Needed: Expertise in Power BI and SQL strong analytical and problemsolving skills effective communication and ability to collaborate with teams.
• Education: Bachelors degree required.
