Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize revenue and cost data to create and maintain various Management Information Systems (MIS) to track performance against the annual operating plan.
Conduct thorough variance analysis to identify discrepancies between actual performance and planned targets.
Develop a deep understanding of the business operations to explain variances and provide actionable insights to key stakeholders.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Sales Operations Technology Product and HR to gather relevant data and insights.
Proactively identify trends risks and opportunities through financial analysis and recommend strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
Prepare business projections based on historical performance market trends and strategic initiatives.
Assist in the development and implementation of financial models to support business planning and forecasting.
Conduct financial ratio analysis to assess the companys financial health and performance metrics.
Present findings recommendations and insights to senior management and key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Stay updated on industry trends best practices and regulatory changes related to finance and ecommerce.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
36 years of experience in a similar finance or analytical role preferably in the technology or SaaS industry.
Strong proficiency in financial analysis forecasting and variance analysis.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling and data visualization tools
Solid understanding of financial principles financial statements and financial ratio analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Proven ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Highly analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Strategic thinker with the ability to think critically and problemsolve independently.
