Position: Senior Captain

Salary: 22000 in hand 25000 CTC

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant or banquet.
• Ensure excellent customer service is provided to guests.
• Manage and train the team of captains waiters and other staff.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
• Ensure that all service staff follow the company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
