We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager for our High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury experience inside sales and team management. They will possess excellent communication and presentation skills along with a strong sales acumen and negotiation abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI clients ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Sales Management: Drive inside sales efforts achieving and exceeding sales targets through strategic sales planning and execution (Luxury Products).
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals fostering a highperformance culture and ensuring the team meets its goals.
- Communication: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills effectively presenting information and ideas to clients and team members.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the luxury market leveraging strong sales acumen and negotiation skills.
- Data Analysis: Interpret and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance.
- Monitoring and Auditing: Monitor sales performance conduct audits and provide constructive feedback to improve team performance and processes.
Qualifications and Skill Requirements
- Bachelors degree Any.
- Total 12 years experience and 10 years relevant experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in team management preferably within a luxury or highend sales environment.
- Proven experience in inside sales and managing HNI clients.
- Strong sales acumen with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in data interpretation analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
