Job Description

HydroNeo is a fastgrowing international startup focussing on Smart Farming solutions for the Global aquaculture industry. Our vision is to expand our Smart Farm Management System with which we are already the market leader in Thailand to become the HydroNeo Aquaculture Super App for everything farmers and the industry need. We are backed by leading Thai and international investors BOI promoted and team of 30.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth daytoday operation of our office.

This could be an excellent opportunity for young people and graduates who are looking tostart their career in the business world but also for experienced candidates who embrace the idea of an almost paperfree office and working with digital tools.

Tasks

  • Office Management: Maintain office organization supplies and equipment.
  • Accounting Assistance: Prepare invoices expense reports and assist with financial reporting.
  • Financial Documentation: Manage and organize financial documents ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Transactions: Payments & transaction preparation
  • Document Management: Organize and maintain electronic and physical files.
  • Procurement: Identify potential suppliers negotiate and purchase based on team requests
  • Perform research tasks of different topics relevant to the business
  • Perform general clerical duties
  • Support the management with various tasks as needed

Requirements

Required:

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in Thai & English.
  • Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced startup environment.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and addressing office needs.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word Excel and PowerPoint

Bonus if you have:

  • Proven experience as an office administrator office manager or in a similar role
  • Strong financial acumen and familiarity with accounting principles is
  • Experience with accounting software as well as with office equipment such as printers and scanners
