JRS Package Consultant – Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll

Location Manchester UK

Clearance 5 Years UK Residency Required – BPSS to start

Working Mode: Hybrid /Remote

Role description

Experience delivering Oracle Payroll projects (preferred in UK Public Sector environments).

Experience with requirements configuration and support on myCSP pensions schemes.

An understanding of how Payroll fits into the whole ERP design and relationship with other Oracle Cloud HCM modules particularly covering Pension plans.

Excellent clientfacing skills and the ability to liaise with clients at all levels

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Essential skills and experience

MUST BE UK NATIONAL WITH 5 5YEAR UK RESIDENCY

Indepth knowledge of Oracle Cloud Payroll for the UK

Experience of Pensions UK Legislation RTI autoenrolment etc

Strong configuration skills in Fast Formula element design payroll process flows calculation cards and approvals

Strong knowledge of myCSP configuration as well as Logcl Government Pension plans. (e.g. LGPS TPS myCSP).
