Hospitality operator

Education: High school diploma as a minimum. A certificate or course in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.

Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide excellent customer service, and understand guests' needs and expectations.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with guests and co-workers.

Ability to handle problems: Ability to solve problems effectively and handle guest complaints in a professional manner.

Attention to detail: Attention to detail to ensure the delivery of an outstanding and consistent guest experience.

Flexibility: Ability to work a variety of times, including weekends and holidays.

Organization: Good organizational skills to manage various tasks and activities efficiently.
