Job Description
- Assist in meeting and exceeding store sales goals.
- Provide an elevated customer service experience, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with our clientele.
- Write sales and customer reports and make recommendations for improvements .
- Interact with customers and resolve complaints or grievances , handle customer
inquiries, complaints, and returns gracefully.
