Job Description
- Greet and welcome guests to the lobby lounge in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions or concerns from guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby lounge area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down of the lobby lounge area.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately.
- Upsell and promote menu items and specials to enhance guest experience.
