Job Description
- Establish and manage the Program Management Office (PMO) to support the program's objectives.
- Ensure consistent project management practices and standards across all projects within the program.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on program progress, risks, and issues.
- Support the Overall Delivery Lead in achieving program goals through effective project management.
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the PMO.
