Mechanical Design Engineer

Our client a Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Firm is seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer with a focus on design and project management.

In this role you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects in the K12 commercial industrial and highrise sectors. Collaborating with other project managers designers and clients you will be responsible for creating innovative solutions to meet the unique needs of each project.

Mechanical Engineer Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers and designers to develop mechanical engineering designs
• Utilize Revit software to create detailed design plans and models
• Conduct feasibility studies and analyze data to determine project requirements
• Coordinate with clients to understand their project goals and provide technical expertise
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure design accuracy and compliance with industry standards

Qualifications

• Strong experience in mechanical engineering design and project management
• Proficiency in using Revit software for design purposes
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical contracting
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with crossfunctional teams
• Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
