Position: Lead Financial Analyst

As the company continues to grow they are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Financial Analyst to join their team.

Position Overview:

As the Lead Financial Analyst you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to the companys senior management team. You will play a critical role in the decisionmaking process by providing accurate and timely financial information forecasts and recommendations. You will also be responsible for managing a team of financial analysts and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of financial analysts providing guidance and support in their daytoday tasks

Develop and maintain financial models to analyze and forecast the companys performance

Prepare and present financial reports to senior management highlighting key insights and recommendations

Monitor and analyze financial data identifying trends and potential areas for improvement

Collaborate with various departments to develop and monitor budgets and ensure financial goals are met

Conduct financial analysis on potential investments and acquisitions

Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards

Continuously improve and streamline financial processes and procedures

Provide adhoc financial analysis and support as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis preferably in the financial services industry

Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices

Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling

Proven experience managing and developing a team

Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Excellent communication and presentation skills

CPA or CFA designation is a plus
