Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible in implementation management and troubleshooting of AWS Technologies and Openshift Container Platform.
- Proficient in Operating System such as AWS Linux and Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
- Proficient in IaC concepts Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Responsible to maintain manage and monitor Cloud infrastructure.
- Able to troubleshoot and resolve IT infrastructure issues.
- Proactive in handling projects and supporting project implementation.
- Create highquality technical documentation.
- Support out of office hours work if required for project/operation schedule.
- Responsible for onboarding of new Cloud technologies and able to challenge/assess the existing implementation in a professional and constructive manner.
- Involved in Cloud security activities engagement.
- Able to comply with ITSM/ITIL methodologies in day to day operations of IT Infrastructure.
