Position: Scrum Master/Program Delivery

Position Summary:

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scrum Master/Program Delivery professional to join their team in Charlotte NC. In this role you will be responsible for leading the delivery of multiple programs and projects using Agile methodologies. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services while also providing guidance and coaching on Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the delivery of multiple programs and projects using Agile methodologies

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily standups sprint planning retrospectives and demos

Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of products and services

Provide guidance and coaching on Agile practices to team members and stakeholders

Identify and remove any impediments that may prevent the team from achieving their goals

Monitor and report on project progress risks and issues to stakeholders

Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog

Continuously improve Agile processes and practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Foster a culture of collaboration continuous learning and innovation within the team

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role

Strong understanding of Agile principles values and practices

Experience leading the delivery of largescale programs and projects using Agile methodologies

Excellent communication facilitation and coaching skills

Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with team members and stakeholders

Strong problemsolving and conflict resolution skills

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fastpaced environment

Experience with Agile project management tools such as JIRA or Trello is a plus
