The client is seeking an HVAC Service Support Technician to fill an

immediate opening in West Chester OH!

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Service Manager and Field Service Technicians

to streamline daily tasks.

Take ownership of document control ensuring accurate and organized

recordkeeping.

Manage the filing of reports and documentation in a systematic and

accessible manner.

Actively participate in mentorship opportunities including

traveling to job sites to gain practical experience (up to 25% of

working time).

Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and

procedures within the support function.

Maintain a proactive and solutionoriented approach to

problemsolving.

Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities: (Hiring Companies ATS

1. Do you have Previous experience in the HVAC industry

2. Do you have Previous experience in an Administrative or Support role

is a plus

3. Do you have Microsoft Office Experience

4. Do you have Mechanically Inclined
